I know we said we were just going to Shake It Up for September, but we’re only three days into October. Plus this is a pumpkin shake, so it’s totally fitting for October!
Gather all of the ingredients.
In your high speed blender place 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree, 1 cup almond milk, 2 frozen bananas, 2 dates, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a sprinkling of nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. Blend on high speed until totally smooth.
Pour into a cup and enjoy!
