I love reading. Honestly, it fulfills me. I love how a really good book lingers in your mind and your life for days, weeks, even months after you finish it. I love the quest to find an even better book to read after.

After having R + M, I admit I went through a non-reading phase. When I had {occasional} spare moments, I filled them with mindless reality tv and books about babies and parenting. But something inside me was missing. Now I try to make it a point to constantly be reading something. It distracts, it educates and it broadens my horizons. I especially love being a part of a book club!

I’m in the midst of Stephen King’s 11/22/63 which I’m loving. I have three books loaded on the iPad on deck: The Language of Flowers, The Invisible Bridge & The Light Between Oceans.
