Yogurt Sundae

I have no willpower.

I think I’ve mentioned it to you before. That’s why I spend a lot of time here. And why I’ve tried this.

But the bottom line is, I have no willpower. And that is how I found myself eating way too much of this {on a nightly basis}.

And so, I needed to kick the habit. But cold turkey isn’t my style. Nope, not at all.

So to wean myself off, I needed a substitute.

Alas, I invented the yogurt sundae.

Step one: Place one small container of 0% fat Greek yogurt in a bowl {I am partial to Fage}.

Step two: Add 1 – 3 teaspoons of Agave nectar, until you are satisfied with sweetness.

Step three: Add your toppings. I usually start with chopped walnuts and blueberries. Next I add mini semi-sweet chocolate chips and/or butterscotch chips for the “sundae” effect. I try to stick to just a tablespoon of each of these.

Of course the sky is the limit with toppings, these just happen to satisfy my cravings best.

Bon appetit.

xoxo,

Niki
