Cakery Friday: Rich and Creamy Fudge

Sometimes even the most simple recipes can produce the richest, most delicious results. Case in point, FUDGE. This recipe for fudge literally could not be simpler. Four ingredients, five minutes cook time and the end product is amazing!

Gather all of the ingredients {you can use any type of coarse salt, I chose fleur de sel}.

In a medium pan combine 1 {14 oz} can of fat free sweetened condensed milk, 10 oz. chopped bittersweet chocolate, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and a generous pinch of salt. Over medium-low heat gently melt the chocolate and stir the ingredients together.

In a square dish lined with plastic wrap, pour the chocolate mixture and smooth over with a spatula. Sprinkle with salt.

Allow to cool for two hours, until set.

Cut the fudge into strips, and then again into small squares {size is totally dependent on your preference}.
