Wow! Hard to believe Halloween is haunting us this Saturday. Here are a few of my favorite ideas and inspirations for Halloween decor and cuisine.
Halloween libations from Hostess blog, like this “Black Widow Martini” (made with black vodka) and “Pina Ghoulada” are a spine-chilling way to toast Halloween.
Even if you can’t find black vodka, Grandin Road sells these fantastic glittered labels for a ghostly bottle of vino.
And since you’ll need something ghastly to pour the drinks into, try this skull shaker & glass set from Pottery Barn.

Save room for some scary sweets. I love this pot de creme graveyard pudding snack, as well as these bloodcurdling brain cupcakes from Martha Stewart.
They say that lighting can make or break an event. Chandeliers are an ominous and awesome way to do just that. Choose from these sparkly silhouettes from Grandin Road, or this dark hanging Chandelier from Urban Outfitters. Curious Sofa demonstrates how to add a few cobwebs to an already existing chandelier for a spooky vibe.
Pumpkins abound! With a million ways to carve your jack-o-lantern, one of my favorites is Martha’s suggestion to create a Halloween owl using both big and small gourds. Hanging Pumpkin Paper Lanterns are fun, happy and ghost-fully ghastly!

Send the trick-or-treaters home in spine-chilling style, by embellishing favors with these petrifying printable party circles via Tom Kat Studios.
No matter what your Halloween plans are, be sure to make the day BOO-tee-ful!
xoxo,
Niki
